PHYSICAL FITNESS ROOM 

We are aware that physical education is essential for the development of not only physical but also, for one's mental, social and emotional well being.  Thus, to provide a holistic development in different sports activities are organised such as fitness sessions, conditioning program, badminton T.T., football, basket ball, cricket, games and various fun sports. In the morning students participate in the physical activities 3 days a week from 8.30 am to 9.30 am. This participation of students is also seen in inter- house competitions. Activities are also organised for Faculty and Office staff. CIE has a gymnasium that includes including branded equipment for Aerobic workout sessions including treadmill, cycling, super body Trimma, Multigym, Swissball and so on.
